Meant to be having a piano lesson in a bit but don't really want to have to concentrate so going to cancel it. The headache has gone a little but I am going to look after me for once.

Just spent an hour doing the ironing, it's not all dry but can be put away as soon as it is. Just realised I didn't get anything out of the freezer for dinner so am going to pop to the supermarket to find something. Going to try and get some address labels so I can sort another thing on my list.

nixie glad the hounds are feeling better. Mine is sulking as he's just presented me with his ball - code for 'I want a walk' and he's going to have to wait.

    Flying very very slowly.

Paulies_nixie - Housing association changed the locks at 6am the following morning, unfortunately my parents key was on the bunch as was the car key and best friends house key (luckily they moved house after the ex and I split so he doesn't know where they live).
He was arrested a few hours later and is currently on remarned 'til the 8th (his birthday) but the police haven't found my keys :(
He'd also smashed one of the car windows, which cost me £75 to get replaced, something I can ill afford
I'm wondering if I can get compansation for the stuff he broke
  • I've just eaten a humongous frog which I'd completely forgotten about  not a cleaning, or even an organising one - was finally got in touch with (can you even put that phrase in the passive tense?) by a friend of the BF. Feel better now it's mostly cleared (still got to talk to her fiance  ).

Having yet more ebay seller troubles. Bought an ipod dock, described as good condition, arrived faulty.

Wow. Drumroll please. Just cleaned paintwork and windows in living room and hall for the first time since moving in (about 4 years)

Nothing to it once I actually got started, but it had turned into a major frog.
