Right, been to the shops..took longer as they all had a power cut!!!
I bought 2 long summer dresses(though don't think they will be suitable for work!!) and a lovely summer top for me and some tops and shorts for DD.
LR needs seeing too but like most others, I ma just too hot, I have the windows open and there is some air going through......just having a cold drink and I will do a bit before work..........xx0 -
All stuff done in town and i've just stuck brunch on, i'm starving.
DD and Rhys outside playing, he won't go out unless she will. He'll stand at the door and shout at her until she does go out. :rotfl:
Once brunch is done i'll drag hubby to give me a hand with the list.Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
duvet washed and drying on the line. Towels in WM. crockery and cutlery washed, sink full of bleachy boiling water - I will get it shining by the end of the day. Three bags of books packed and ready to go to charity shop (one at a time). Crafting bits collected in one place (but leaving that for now - the attic is boiling and I'm definitely glowing! Taking 30minutes to rest, read a book and help my cankles go down so that I once again have calves, feet and clearly defined ankles! Will do an hour's ironing between 12 and 1, then waiting for Asda to deliver mammoth shopping order - all the heavy stuff that I'm in no condition at 36 weeks pregnant to carry around. Mum and dad have been put on standby to come up and help me put things away. Might go and spend a bit of time in the garage decluttering.DFW Nerd Club #545 Dealing With Our Debt

Done quite a bit so far! Yey me!
Just sat having a cup of Tesco Value tea to test it. The kids are eating cheerios off the floor - good job i hoovered! Mind you, they're not right unless they're covered in floor fluff - floorios!
My opinion on Tesco Value tea: It's okay. I like my Yorkshire tea, but this is definitely drinkable. I will persevere with the whole box and see if I get used to it. 27p for 80 tea bags is too good a bargain not to give them a good try. DH will probably turn his nose up, but tough. Also got me some 9p baby wipes. Bargain! They're a bit flimsy for me, i prefer huggies for their nice thick substance. These will do me for 9p a packet though! 9p! As if you can buy stuff for 9p anymore!!
Not had chance to read Fred yet, been too busy flying. Just going to play with the kiddos and do that hall until lunch. Then after lunch i have some parcels of baby clothes i sold to take to the post office. Not looking forward to pushing the double buggy in this heat like.

Triker DS2 has always had quite a lot of nosebleeds, often in hot weather. My sister had loads as a kid too. Mum was told years ago it happens when the child gets too hot and that as long as each one doesn't go on for too long not to worry.
Half of the first wash dry already.
I've openned the french doors in the family room and the inside of the frame is filthy so I'll give that a wipe in a minute. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Well I've got the dogs walked, shopping done, and picked up DH's work bits...why-oh-why did I think it was a good idea to let DD walk into town rather than go in her pushchair?! a 20 minute job took an hour and I ended up carrying her and shopping (including two 2litre pop bottles and 4 pints of milk) back...
Having a well deserved cuppa now before replacing the dogs and cats cold water (I save margerine and spread tubs and freeze water in them to make large ice cubes for them) then washing out, more in and tackling my living room floor that I can't walk across without tripping over0 -
2 loads washing done, one frog eaten, puppy now has a clean bed. Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0
