Mothercare Happyland Glitch - items back in stock

I have just called up about my small orders they are despatched for collection tomorrow but there is a delay on their systems. So fingers crossed all of my orders will be there, the two orders for the happyland stuff were despatched yesterday.

All but one of my orders (2x Happyland Sunflower School) have been dispatched. Should be ready for collection tomorrow but I've just received an order update email from Mothercare:

Dear Customer,
We would like to make you aware that due to an issue in our delivery network we are unable to have your order available at your chosen store on the day you selected.
We apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment that this may cause, but would like to assure you that your order will be ready to collect from Thursday 30th June.
Please wait for confirmation from your local store that your item has arrived before going to collect it.
Again please accept our sincerest of apologies for the delay in receiving your order, and we hope that this will not deter you from shopping with us again in the future.

All of the orders on my account are now showing collection date of 30th as per the email (except the one that hasn't been dispatched which oddly is still showing will be ready for collection tomorrow??).
I suggest everyone who hasn't received the "ready for collection" email waits for it before making a journey to their store, just in case theirs is also delayed.

Fingers crossed everyone receives their orders.

update ,seems the store did not have time to contact me today either to tell me if they have found my order,recieved 2 emails from mothercare today,one telling me to pick up my order and other telling me to pick up another order that i actually collected on 16th june,they really dont seem to know what they are doing.Also placed and order on saturday to be delivered to home and that is saying items not yet despatched.MOTHERCARE are a complete headache to me right now lol

I picked up my order (rocket and cottage) a day early ! Bigger and better than expected and a total bargain for £19 odd. Wish I got more now.. doh!

also, they come in a GIANT box with loads of the air filled packaging. I asked the SA to take it out of the box so I could actually fit it into the car.

well i've placed 3 orders and all of them are being dispatched, but they have cancelled one item on each of the orders. are they not honouring this glitch anymore??

has anyone else seen this on the emails??7

I've had part of my order cancelled too and a refund has been processed. Wonder how much they'll refund? Stressed now as I ordered for school and I don't want to have to pay huge amounts for one item - ordered 2 as it was a good offer!

one last week and 2 on friday,

if they are cancelling one half of the order and then saying the bogof is no longer valid then ill return everything and take a full refund. no drama.
