What was the glitch.. is it still working?

The glitch was BOGOF on Happyland items but no longer working. There were also a couple of codes knocking about that took 20% off the price before the BOGOF kicked in e.g. 2 x £40 Happyland sets came to £24 after the offers.

GingerDi, I just checked my account and my 3 orders say dispatched including the one I took the home delivery on! Hopefully that means its all sent out ok.

I haven't had the dispatch emails yet though. It took a few hours for those to come through last time if I remember rightly.

Just checked my account and my order is showing as dispatched - I ordered it over the weekend. It has only been showing as dispatched since this afternoon though so worth checking your account again to see if your status has changed! (This is for home delivery).

My two important ones are showing as despatched but the 3 smaller orders are still awaiting dispatch which is worrying as i am due to collect them tomorrow. Anyone else had this?

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your complete order. I can appreciate how frustrating this must be and apologise for any disappointment you may have been caused.

Regrettably the Tree House has not yet been dispatched as we are currently out of stock of this.

May I explain that when an order is placed online there is a short delay whilst your order is processed and the system updates stock figures. This means it can occasionally be accepted on screen but later declined due to lack of stock.

Conversely, stock can come in as well as out during this time. It appears that the last of the Tree House was sold as your order details were being processed, and I am sorry if you have not yet been advised of this.

We are expecting replacement stock very shortly, however I am unable to give a date as this time as to when this will be. The Tree House will be dispatched as soon as it comes into stock. Alternatively, you can cancel this from your order should you wish to try purchase this elsewhere.

Please accept my apologies again for any disappointment or inconvenience caused, but I hope that this information is of help and that we can resolve this for you soon.

Moon house is showing as despatched but not the rockets as yet i having both my orders sent to my house so fingers crossed the rockets will be on there way as well soon
