store collection so do you just take in the original email on the day or do you need to wait for a despatch email? i dont want to go into town and pay for parking if the items are not in as cannot afford carparking fees for a wasted journey

Once you've got dispatch email it's normally 1-2dayd later you get the ready for collection email, I would wait for this email before trying to collect or alternatively you could get your local mothercares number and phone them before you go in.

Surprised a lot only get asked a name, mine asked for order number then once they've tapped that into the computer they get me to confirm name and address, oh and to confirm what ive ordered! Once I've done all that then will they go get my order! Seems like mine are very thorough in comparison to some!!

got my dispatch email last week 21st,then ready to collect on 23rd,went to pick items up on 25th they said my order isnt in the store and the emails i recieved didnt actually mean the items were ready to collect,staff didnt seem to know what they were talking about.Said that they would contact me yesterday by telephone,they didnt ,total confusion,have paid for my order and dont have it as yet, wont be collecting from store again

ok i have not had a despatch email even and supposed to be collecting thursday morning - I will wait till then and call the store first I think

Just updating - mine are now ready to collect from store a day ahead as werent meant to be until tomorrow. I received emails to say ready to collect about half a hour ago. Received emails yesterday to say they had despatched them to store.

3 out of 4 of my orders have been dipatched,,but did get one order cancelled (2x camper vans) they said this item is no longer avaliable,,,oh well still got lots for my Lo and friends Lo xx thanks

Just collected mine which was ordered on Sunday. They weren't due in until tomorrow, but got an e-mail to say they were instore today

My five orders (orders placed Fri/Sat) have now been despatched :-)
Hopefully they will be ready to pick up from store on Thursday as planned.

just collected 5 os my orders, SA asked if it was for a school i just said no i have twins so i'm being prepeared for xmas lol i don't think i ordered that much lol, i have another 6 orders to collect next week aswell lol
