I got my funfair today. Not worth £40 but by gum is the Moon thingy big! Still got the Rocket and playbox set to come. Fingers crossed for a change of staff tomorrow.

P.S. if anyone got any arts & crafts stuff, Poundland have a toddler feeding bib with sleeves. Sounds daft but it's back fastening, a bit like wearing your dads old shirt to art class in school. It's white with yellow trim and has painted hand prints on the front which would look great for playtime.

i rang customer services this morning and they worked out the price of each item and then refunded the cost of the unavailable item so I got the dinosaur thing for £17 instead of £35 so happy days. I'd ring again if I was you. When i said I was worried you'd say I wasn't getting the free one they were amazed.

I had ordered the Police station and Toy shop. Got email saying police station oos. Called customer services who refunded all my money and told me to pick up the Toy Shop and have it for free. Really pleased.

I haven't had an email either. But I sent an email to customer services asking where they were and thats when they told me my cottage and tree house was oos.

had both collections emails last, one for 2 rockets, they wer waiting at storeso pretty surprised as some people are getting these emails but stuff not actually there. good luck everyone who is still waiting

Neither does mine but then he hasn't been here for a couple of weeks. I just tried to put everything into the attic and have now realised that I don't need to buy any toys for the boys for a few years yet. May have to start giving gifts for every occassion just to get rid of them!

I went and picked up my rocket, rose cottage and 2 storage boxes yesterday! Thank you op! Am so chuffed I managed to get these, been umming and ahhing about rocket for ages so glad I waited! My son is gonna be one happy boy at birthday and christmas! Good luck to everyone still waiting I hope it all comes through for you
