    Oh grow up. I can see why you couldn't hack in the police service.

    Sorry you dont offer advice just suggestions.

    Chris I suggest you write back essex police and tell them you were on a plane with Nigel Farrage at the time and you will wriggle out of that one a the district judge will throw it out on the basis you were on the plane with the leader of UKIP.:rotfl:

    No 3 points of £60 fine you my friend.

    Of course if they question nigel and he forgets he was on plane and you were at meeting in essex on the same DAY! the cps might bring a case of intention to pervert the course of jusctice.

    BUT HEY CHRIS WE CAN CROSS THAT ONE WHEN WE COME TO IT AS GOOGLE IS A WONDERFUL THING

    I have never suggested, neither by implication nor directly, that the OP should, "state they were not on the road on FPN that they signed at the road side,"

    No, but you have suggested that they would win in court because the wrong road was written down.

    You not come accross this one

    Or in a newpaper:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Chris huhne mp has suggested he was not driving his car when it was caught speeding.

    Someone else took the ticket, Now it has been alledged he was in the car and the person who took it was not driving.

    Chris claims he was on plane with Nigel leader of UKIP and he has forgotten about it.

    Its being investigate by essex police now.

    You not come accross this one when studying law and looking at case studies.

    Or in a newpaper:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    You need to get out more and stop being a armchair solictoir.

    No, the only case study I know about is the Peckham omnibus one.

    Why is Flyboy involved in it, or was he just a legal advisor? :rotfl:

    Sorry have edited now!

    No i am suggesting he gave legal advice to chris though.

    Looks like he has turned 3 points and 60 quid fine into attempting to pervert and course of justice for him, the ticket taker and has involed nigel farrage.

    I am sure FLYBOY will ask the district judge to throw it out on the basis that chris cant be in two places at once and he is not chewbacker from starwars.:rotfl:

    I see your police training has come into great use on these forums. The truth always does come loose with officers of the law, doesn't it. How about you just grow up and stop acting like a child? You are seriously not doing yourself any favours at all.
