Tried both of those. Renewing and the letting Windows repair but it still doesn't get connected

everything installed correctly in device manager?

Perhaps the laptop is broken?

I would have to type it as it is on the laptop that isn't working. Is there anything in particular you need to know

All looks OK and you have connectivity with your router.

Have you tried it with a wired ethernet connection?

Have you tried rebooting your router?

I'm leaning towards problem in router settings (NAT or IP range or DMZ maybe).
