Oooo footie, I forgot to tell you!!! I have a confession!!
My names jakes-mum and I am a tea leaf!! My mum took me to debenhams to get DS's school uniform on saturday, we're wandering round and I see a really nice coat for him (he hasnt had one for 4 months!!) so I have a rummage and find one in his size. Carry on round, get him some trousers, shirts and a couple of jumpers and pop them in my scooters basket. Then im looking round, where have I put the coat? mum starts looking round the school stuff, cant find it so I pick another one up.
Anyway off to the till I go, pay for all my items and out the shop we go. Decide to pop into primark to have a look, and I find DS's coat on my lap . . . . oh mum must have put it there after she paid, so I pop it into the basket on top of the bag of shopping. Mum finds some nice trousers for DD and goes to put them in my basket . . . 'whats that coat doing there?' she says, 'you gave it to me you daft woman' I reply, thinking shes lost her marbles. 'No I didnt, DS's coat is in this bag' and out she fishes it . . . . and then it dawns, its the first coat I found and i've stolen it!!
Oooo didnt I feel bad!! so back to the shop we go and speak to a supervisor, amid huuuuge apologies I admit i've tea leafed their coat, she was very nice and said it does happen and seemed a bit surprised id brought it back!! Then she admitted they had 3 store detectives in that day and she was a bit annoyed that NONE of them had noticed me!!!

 How early were you up this morning!!, im lucky if I see before 9:30 :rotfl:. Omg shock to the system today! Jake came in at 7:30 as its first day of school, dunno how i got down the stairs as me eyes didnt open for another 1/2 hour
Thank you though, im hoping so too as its getting rediculous, either the 3 dads or one of her many friends are here most days and I swear they wait until I need bread or Lily needs picking up before they turn up (maybe they are sat round the corner watching me leave!) My email has been passed to the relevant department so hopefully it will be sorted. Normally I wouldnt be such a grouch about it but we are the only people in our row with 1 car and no parking space, her on the left has 2 cars which both get parked out the front rather than in their parking space and the other side have 3 cars  1 in their space and 2 out the front!
Ive become excellent at parking since we moved in as there aint alot of space, but my main gripe is that there is LOADS of space behind our houses (when DH had a van its where he parked!!) but none of them can be arrised to walk round!!:(SPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000 -

Morning all.
Had a bad weigh in at fat club last night. I put the 2 lbs back on that I'd lost last week. This was largely due to the party I went to on Saturday night and partly because I'd stopped writing down everything I'd eaten. I've started keeping my food diary again as of this morning, it should get me back on track.
Anyway, on a more positive note, I'm off work this week so I have plenty of time to make proper meals and freeze them so I can just heat them up when I get back to work.
Potting wise I have £1.23 to go into pot 1 and a £2 coin for pot 2.0 -
20p in the pot today, bringing my total to £5.00. I've only been part of the challenge for a week so I'm happy with the progress.2023 Mortgage-Free Wannabe #19: £11,675.68/£13,000

On Sunday 18th September, I will be up alot earlier than that. Have to go up to London for work at 5am. Have to make sure that I bring some coffee in a flask. Thankfully I don't have to get up that early every Sunday. It's just for extra money, as not getting alot of temp work at the moment.Frugal Living Challenge 2025 Mortgage free as of 1st August 20130 -

Afternoon everyone, all being well, I hope you've all had a good day and will enjoy the rest of it.
Hellooo there, Footie!!! Good to see you. I didn't realise your hols were sooo soon, but with how tired you've been recently, sounds as though you really do need it. All the best with not needing to spend it all.
Wooohay, mumof3plusoh!!!!! :j I hate giving money up for blessed parking. They [STRIKE]want[/STRIKE] need us to spend in the shops, but want us to pay over and over again! Sw***s!!! Savour (or saver) that 50p!
You're doing so well, e4rub!
What you're describing sadly goes on all over the country , jakes-mum, and as the years go by it only get worse once all the youngsters add to the problem with their cars. Try hard not to let it get to you...is it ever worth it?!
Oh dear, robed, bad luck - but - at least you know why you put it back on and with the help of your diary....you WILL get there!!! :j
Indeed, Bored you are doing so well so quickly - very well done! :T
Oh Kerry, that's EARLY!! Still, I can see exactly why you'd need to and be willing to. All the best and good luck with more temping work!
If you'd sooner do that, Dosh, then by all means do. Most of us like the surprise, but each to their own.
See you all later.
