DS has just handed me a form for after school club and circled Street Dance club and looked at me hopefully, only £28 for 10 x sessions  He already gets £30 a month for Seni Ki Ryu (karate to you and me) and £5 a month for scouts, im sure he thinks I got a blinking money tree at the bottom of my garden!

Can I join in too please?? How do I get a number??

I found a big bag of 2ps and 1ps that I must have been collecting before I moved house and forgot about!

It would be a good starting point to add to.

    What are the "rules" ??!!

do we open the containers at Christmas time??

also does anyone know how to cash the money in without having to bag it all up??

I know my local morrisons has a self serve till where you can use change to pay for your shopping but you might get some strange looks if you try and pay for your weekly shop with 2ps!
  • Hi

Not posted here for a while, been a bit slack the last few months. Am now putting as much change into my sealed pot as possible between now and opening day, want to beat last years total. I'm putting £2 coins in now too so hopefully they will add up over the next few months.

    £2.73 into pot today.

    Welcome maggirl
Sue will be along later to allocate you a number, we open our pots on the 1st December (12 weeks yesterday!). If you have an HSBC account some of the larger branches have coin counting machines that pay the cash straight into your bank account. DON'T use the coinstar machines int he supermarkets they charge you 8% for the privilige of counting YOUR money for you.

Enjoy beng on here with us and enjoy saving :)
