    Hellooooooooooooooo potters :D

Well ive finally done it, ive got my dad to join MSE and after showing him where the comping threads are hes been happily comping all morning. Family are amazed, this IS the man who frequently asks me if ive 'twitterfaced' today :rotfl:

Oooo and after collapsing at the tills in tesco today after deciding I didnt need a mobility scooter and I could walk thank you very much, I found a penny on the floor :D see payment for my pain :)

(rather embarassingly I had to sit on the floor while mum was taking lily to the loo and a lady and her husband stopped next to me quite concerned to make sure I was all right and didnt need help  She didnt seem to want to leave me when I explained I was disabled and it was quite painful to stand so was sitting on the floor till mum came back! :rotfl:)

anyway added the 2p change I got from the till lady so a mammoth 3p in the tin today.

Oooo footie, I forgot to tell you!!! I have a confession!!

My names jakes-mum and I am a tea leaf!! My mum took me to debenhams to get DS's school uniform on saturday, we're wandering round and I see a really nice coat for him (he hasnt had one for 4 months!!) so I have a rummage and find one in his size. Carry on round, get him some trousers, shirts and a couple of jumpers and pop them in my scooters basket. Then im looking round, where have I put the coat? mum starts looking round the school stuff, cant find it so I pick another one up.

Anyway off to the till I go, pay for all my items and out the shop we go. Decide to pop into primark to have a look, and I find DS's coat on my lap . . . . oh mum must have put it there after she paid, so I pop it into the basket on top of the bag of shopping. Mum finds some nice trousers for DD and goes to put them in my basket . . . 'whats that coat doing there?' she says, 'you gave it to me you daft woman' I reply, thinking shes lost her marbles. 'No I didnt, DS's coat is in this bag' and out she fishes it . . . . and then it dawns, its the first coat I found and i've stolen it!!
Oooo didnt I feel bad!! so back to the shop we go and speak to a supervisor, amid huuuuge apologies I admit i've tea leafed their coat, she was very nice and said it does happen and seemed a bit surprised id brought it back!! Then she admitted they had 3 store detectives in that day and she was a bit annoyed that NONE of them had noticed me!!!
