Still potting the pennies (and 2ps, 5ps, 10ps, 20ps, 50ps and £1 coins

hi potters, another £5 today, that leaves me with ziltch in my purse BUT I dont intend on spending anything today ;-) nabbed £2 off OH he didnt put up any protest as he is feeling guilty he has a hangover and dont nothing today but mope around. LOl
I was just gonna put that £2 in but decided may as well chuck the last £3 in my purse cos it is very satifying saving!!
Done a very small amount of weeding and digging up of 'corns' they were planted by a previous owner 12+ years ago and multipy I hate them the are an orange flower and I remove loads every year,,think I got the most ever out today though. Moved my big allium bulbs into a nice orderly row along back wall to hopefully flower again next year, love those.

I think I've hit my target!
Mum gave me £40 last night and I put £5 into the tub straight away and I was on £14 ish not long ago. I shall count my change next week when I have the time. Savings £8,865.22 £/15,000 Aiming to save enough for a house deposit.0 -
Been to the Doctor Who exhibition with my Dad today. Have put £25.59 into my pot today. £20 of that my Dad gave me to 'buy myself something', but as I dont need anything and neither do any of the children I popped it into the pot.
