    9p potted this morning!
Also, just spoke to Natwest to log my PPI claim. They said that if they do pay out to me then the money will be used to pay off any debt I have with them. Probably wont see any of it then but will reduce debt so, HAPPY DAYS:j

well well, i've never spied this thread before and would like to join in

26p potted today in my washed out peanut butter tub (big 1kg tub). it's approximately 1/8 full

saving small change gets ridiculous when you're secretly delighted that the self service machine at asda spits out your change in coins no bigger than 5p and you know that all of it is going in the pot
    helpful tips
    it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)

    Helloooooooooooooooo potterssssssssssssssssssssss :D

well I popped down to co-op as we were out of bread and managed to get meself a pack of flapjacks for 10p, a pack of shortbread cookies for 10p a large loaf of tiger bread for 35p and a big bag of samosas for 34p :rotfl: I did pay full price for potatoes at £1.75 . . to be honest I felt a bit ripped off :rotfl: and while standing at the self service something shiny catches my eye so I pay quick and scuttle over to find a lovely 10p smiling at me :D Totally oblivious to the people staring at me I stooped and picked it up and popped it in my pocket :D :j

THEN after picking DS up from martial arts I pop down to waitrose as I can't eat tiger bread and get an apple and custard doughnut for 5p, a scone for 5p, 3 bags of deadhead sweets for 10p each, a massive bag of halloween crisps for 10p and a halloween spider bag for 19p (should have been £4 ) plus my loaf :D I had to use 2p out of my 10p roadkill as I was just short when paying and refused to put £2.04 on my debit card, but as I was walking out . . . well there was a 1p shining away sooooo 9p roadkill in the pot today :j :j :j

I'll bet you cant guess what DH has in his lunch . . . . oh yes a load of reduced stuff :rotfl: I wonder if he will share that mamouth bag of crisps . . . .

    £98 in the pot.
Here dead we lie because we did not choose

Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,

    5p road kill today.

Managed to find some ye olde money this week, counting the charity donations at work, some numpty had donated an old five pence piece, 1980 :rotfl: its just smaller than a new 10p.

Either way, this bottle is mighty hard to fill. This is since I emptied it in March.
