Thought I was really sad tonight as I lifted my tin and thought how heavy it was. The sad part came when I go the torch out to see how close to the top the money was!!!:rotfl:It is about 3/4 full, not bad since the beginning of Aug.

Was very tempted to open it and count up.

£2 potted today, £1 for yesterday and £1 for today.:T

    I've been Money Tipped!
I missed out on 5p today............i spotted a 5 pence piece on the floor of the Toddlers room in my daughters nursery. I kept staring at it but there was no way i could pick it up and pocket it without someone seeing me!!! In the end i decided to pick it up and hand it to a member of staff in the hope that she'd say, 'oh just keep it'. Sadly she didn't. She took it and put it on top of a cabinet.

Hello Every one - hope you are all well and going potty.

I put a few pounds in the pot this week for the first time in absolutely ages but I'm going to be opening into night to put towards a trip to Slovenia my daughter is going on to attend the World school debating championships.

I'll put the result in my sig.
Here dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
    And we were young.
