Really impressed with the ocado service. Driver really polite & explained my invoice & coloured bags. Never come across an asda or tesco delivery driver so polite & friendly. I'll definitely look at using them next time I shop online, for the products I chose they were no more expensive than I'd normally pay. Thanks ocado!! ...& jst warming up my gu souffles! Yum.

I went via 'MySupermarket' on Quidco and my £5.50 has tracked and no problems so far - I guessed they might decline the Ocado £7.50 cashback so I thought I'd try my luck with 'MySupermarket' an it seems to have worked so far!

Same here, very polite driver and he explained everything. discount applied too. Will most certainly use again because they price match with Tesco. didn't know about the gu stuff and chocs, never mind. enjoy your souffle

  • Got my delivery today as others have said the driver was great. Shame the price of the products is so high (ie waitrose essential pepperoni pizza 174g £1.99 Asda Chosen by pizza 285g (110g more) at the same price) Oh and having eaten both the quality of the Asda is far better.
I'm sure some things are great from waitrose but you are paying an over inflated premium. Yes they do price match Tesco on branded goods however just put some branded product into mysupermarket and they come out as follows Tesco £23.96 Asda £18.68 Ocado £28.78 so they may PM Tesco but are no where near Asda price so IMO its for people with more money than sense.

Well just had my order delivered, the driver was really friendly, called me to ask if I minded if he delivered it early.

Really please with the order, and the driver.

When I need things in bulk again, will def shop with Ocado, offer or no offer.
