This happened to me, an item was unavailable, but I was granted the £20 off still even though the total was around £34 (£14 with the code). They still show the full amount on your order details for some reason which is why it's unclear until it's delivered.

I have checked but it still reflects the old amount.

Getting my order delivered tonight, very excited stocked up for twenty three pounds worth.

just recieved my delivery it was early, so i'm happy it is a good service, driver was lovely explained thei colour coded bags to me and also some stuff about the delivery, got the mini chocs and gu puds. gave me a receipt, cant complain about the service i received.

Well yesterday I emailed Ocado and asked them if my order had been placed along with the discounted voucher for £20 and had a reply back confirming it was indeed in their system and my order should be delivered on Tuesday as planned and as a first time user with Ocado I am really pleased with their prompt and courteous response and am now looking forward to our delivery as well.
