£20 off £40 Ocado

Had mine delivered early, driver was really nice and explained everything really well, will defo order again for bulky items that are price matched with Tesco.

My order has arrived -delivered early which was nice . All present including G&B Chocolates and souffles. Lovely friendly driver. Would definately use them again.

They debit your card as soon as the shopping has been delivered so if something is short delivered they will just refund the price of the item to your card. As the transaction has been processed it will not affect your £20 voucher as it has already been applied

Received my delivery this evening, driver called 45mins earlier than time of delivery, was very courtious & friendly & asked to deliver early; when he arrived was friendly & explained the colour coded bags.

Very happy with my lot.

we thought that too, he was pleasant, early and he took everything into the house - we'd use them again too.

Just received my order, including choccies and Gu souffles (very yummy cold!) but said I didn't want the 2 items substituted (came to £6.50).

Lovely friendly driver said he'd deduct the cost of those and then said "Tell you what, you keep them with our compliments, free of charge". :j Thanks again to OP and also to the choccy and Gu folk.

Sorry for the people who missed out, but there must be thousands of people, like me, who've lost out on some glitches and were successful on others. Before I joined MSE, eating out was a rarity, and I never knew what bargains there were "out there". Nowadays I dine on a 2 for 1 basis all the time!

Of course there are thousands that have missed out on gltches and rightly so, but this wasnt a glitch. It was a promotion, that people signed up for in good faith.

I am not losing sleep over it, nor am I that bothered about not being able to order from Ocado, but I am bothered by the way 2 big companies can advertise a deal, take loads of peoples details and then pull the plug!

Second order about to be placed - I have to say the customer service from Ocado has been outstanding from the moment I ordered to actually getting my delivery. They are getting a real hard time of it [LBC Radio were reporting about the offer when my delivery arrived!] however all the have tried to do is promote their business and secure the future of the company and have been let down by the poor marketing from Crowdity who have come away unmarked!
