I suggest everyone gets in touch with Ocado at least it will keep them busy for a while

Crowdity update. As stated this morning, the widespread posting of the code outside of Crowdity has led to more vouchers being redeemed than were originally available. We're very sorry for the disappointment we know this has caused, and have been working with Crowdity to provide an alternative. The original voucher link will take you to our new offer. Thank you for your patience.


Shame the new offer is nothing like the first one so it is NOT good enough, plus I cannot get the new voucher via the original link anyway.

I just logged onto to cancel my order and its still saying I have the discount but I really dont believe it.

Hmm. This morning their site showed the new offer as being £15 off a £75 spend. So they've increased it by a fiver.

As others have already mentioned though, it's not clear whether even this voucher would be applied to those of us that already registered.

I'm also unhappy at having my data harvested from 2 companies for nothing.

I placed my order yesterday and delivery is not just for almost 2 weeks as my freezer is full. Wonder if they will honour orders that have been placed Never used Ocado before but did expect better from them.

why are you cancelling? all orders are being honoured with the voucher. if you edit or cancel you lose the discount and only then.

it is clear. it couldnt be more clear! if youve placed and paid for your order and the discount went through then it will be honoured.
