Hi!
I got my order ready last night, including the £20 off voucher code but as I didn't have my card details I have only just placed the order. It's telling me estimated cost £22.99 but after I placed the order a message appeared telling me the offer was over.
When do they take the money and If they take £42.99 will I know before delivery so that I can cancel?
Thanks!
My order confirmation shows the £20.00 voucher!0 -

The comments about blagging multiple orders, using a leaked code before the deal ended, etc will give them plenty of ammunition against complaints unfortunately.
I've thought for a while that it would probably be a good idea for a tech-savvy fm to set up a basic private chat forum online, you could send passwords via the PM system here and then those who want to discuss wringing the life out of deals could do so without a very large viewing audience:D
Thats why most of these deals get pulled because of people abusing the system, its just greed and then the same people will complain when it doesnt work:(
I ordered a code when 1600 had been given away, I have it but havent tried to use it yet..hope I still can but if I cant well thanks to all the greedy people who used codes that werent emailed too them:eek:0 -
just logged in to use this voucher and cant believe it has expired already
in my account on crowdity it says
Expires on: 30/Jun/2011 Redeemable after: 23/Jun/2011I took that to mean starting today, have called ocado and told them this but was just offered £15.00 off £75.00 shop ( I told them no thanks)
This was first time i signed up for one of these offers and really needed it like many others, just wish it had not been abused and given every one individual codes0 -
ive got an order due this morning, just rang to see if the £20 voucher was applied she confirmed it was and the price I have been charged is £24.99 as expected0

I just used mine but maybe this is because I applied the voucher to my basket yesterday?0

If they've pulled the code do you think they will honour existing orders or cancel them all???
Orders placed WILL be honoured, but do NOT try to edit them or you will lose the voucher - notice on their webpage
Crowdity voucher VOU0837678 has now expired
The limited number of these vouchers we could redeem has now run out, as such the £20 off £40 Crowdity voucher is no longer valid for any new order placed or existing order edited. We apologise for any disappointment.0 -
i used mine yesteday but had to pay £6.99 for delivery, placed my order in the afternoon so prob just after they hiked the prices for postage. i have ordered from them before and paid £3.50 for delivery. so for the people who missed out it wasnt a huge bargain unless you got cheap delivery. i worked it out and saved about £7.00 if i did the same shop at tesco not £20 . just hope i get my £5.50 from TCB.0

and at the end did they just take off the reduced sum? i also applied my voucher to my basket yesterday but scared after i read someone elses post that it said the reduced amount but charged the full amount?
Also did you mess about with your basket before you ordered today or just left it?
Thanks0 -
sorry if I'm being a bit thick here, but if I ordered and edited my order yesterday and confirmation e mail shows my discount, providing I don't edit again, will it remain discounted?0
