i am now getting really fed up with this was told that vouchers were being sent for the full value of the coat and guess what nothing has come

I was told that too then 2 coats arrived. Its a complete shambles.

i had a e-mail advising me that my coat would be delivered on the 23rd. it never arrived and i e-mailed to ask where it was and if i was getting it. i just got a e-mail telling me it is out of stock in a size 10 and would i like to pick another coat .... just thought i would let you know ...

Coat arrived yesterday even although I had a phone call that day saying it would be delivered on the 5th! I ordered a size 16 but its too small so I'll be making a trip to the store to return it. I did buy a lovely brown coat at the weekend in Klass for £34.99 as I thought winter would be over by the time the M&S one finally got here.

i would not worry about not getting the coat dont think its up to much anyhow ... i would rather pick another one .... hehehehe hope you get the same offer. there are some lovely coats i just cant decide which one :T

Received a reply to my email stating the same as you - out of stock, but that I could pick another coat.:j
I checked through the ones online and although there were a few that I liked, the one that I really wanted was the cream and black check coat (Product number T491461 ), so I phoned their customer services and asked if I could pay the extra £10 to get this one, and they let me have it without paying any extra (by way of apology for the inconvenience) :j :beer:

I'm quite happy I was made to wait - the coat should be here on Thursday, and if I don't like it I can always take it back and get a refund/vouchers for £89:j :j :j

Petite Beige Houndstooth in beige Product code: T975217. i am delighted with the out come of this and cant wait till i get my coat. and like you if i dont like it i will take it back and exchange it for another one.

keep at them if its any use i have been dealing with someone called Collette Carine at customer services. hope this helps.
