Yes I did but i emailed them back to ask why I couldnt have the coats - as they were showing as available on the website, and now they are pretending they know nothing of the coats, all over again ! I have kept all the emails and order info so if nothing arrives soon I will write to them.

I was eventually told the t-shirt would arrive 10.1.07 and I would get the coat
too before 14.1.07.

The t-shirt has not arrived so I e-mailed them and got the reply that I was e-mailed 6.1.07 to say it was out of stock.
I was not e-mailed.
I'm not holding my breath for the coat either.
This is a total shambles!

Just had a phone call completely out of the blue from M&S customer services cofirming that the coat will definitely be arriving on the 22nd :shocked: :shocked: , and it will be "free of charge due to their error on the website".

Woooohoooo!!:j I've got a bit of hope again now,I was beginning to think that it was going to be a no-go!

Has anyone else had a call today?

i emailed them and threatened to take it to trading standards i had a reply within 4 hours and was offered 80 in vouchers

have been chasing them myself all week, eventually got a reply today when i forwarded a cope of every e-mail ... and threatened them with trading standards and a letter to head office . no vouchers for me looks like im getting the coat...... well heres hoping....

I took my coat back to M & S today as it is very thin for a winter coat and looked a bit silly on me as I am short and it is quite long on me, they happily gave me a £79.00 credit note, so now I can use that for something that fits me. I think M & S have treated me more than fairly throughout the whole process and I have not had to contact the Customer Service department once, guess I got lucky this time and am extremly happy.

Well Still no vouchers in todays post thought they would have been here by now

Myy 2 coats arrived this morning - even though I have been told they are out of stock and that I will be recieving them on the 23rd ! I am wondering if they have messed up so much and will send 2 lots !!!

I am not bothered what I get as long as I get either coats or vouchers think another email is called for here still havn't heard anything from the letter I wrote to head office either what a mess

Coat arrived this morning, wife says to me "its trash, its horrid , why did you buy it me do you not know me atal" my reply was "not a worry, i will take it back keep the vouchers and buy myself almost £80 worth of ale and drink myself silly so i do not have to listen to you moaning "

she is a one isnt she.

So tonight will take back the t-shirt and the coat and see if I can get vouchers or credit note as I guess they dont give cash back do they :-)
