They actually telephoned me to say that they were being delivered on the 23rd, but my first lot arrived ealier in the week. Second lot yet to arrive !

Just took my coat back (didn't like it one bit, even if it was free!). No questions asked - my card was credited the £79 even though there was no mention of it on the delivery note. Felt a bit guilty and made a quick exit.

I'm also still waiting. I was originally told the 10th Jan and then 23rd Jan - fingers crossed.

I finally got my coat...got the t shirt a while ago...and was charged for it full price too! Hoping to sort it out.......

I have received a letter back from M&S this Morning with a £10 voucher enclosed. I know we have all had hassel over this coat but I do Believe M&S have come good on this one and have stuck to their word eventually.
Maybe a thankyou is in Order

Did you receive the coat though?
Maybe they've sent you the voucher in place of the coat.
I'm still waiting here, and getting very fed-up, defo did'nt want the t-shirt and yet that's still all I have!

Recieved both coats and both t shirts eventually only got the coats on Monday

I got my two t-shirts and two coats but they told me that they had sent 4 coats in error but havent recieved the 2nd lot yet, they really dont have a clue what they are doing. It was their mistake and I dont think they dealt with it very well.
