I was expecting credit vouchers, but I was given a refund on to my card. Am a little worried now.

I did spend it all again straight away!!

I am sorry to hear that you have not recieved anything yet. As you are aware due
to the internet error we recieved a large number of orders placed for the coat
and now we are currently out of stock and it could be two weeks before your
coats are despatched. Again we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you need any further help please contact us again.
I CAN JUST SEE IT NOW BY THE TIME I GET MY COAT IT WILL HAVE BEEN REDUCED

I was promised vouchers too and then they phoned me and said the coats will be arriving on the 23rd - then they arrived today ! So who knows whats going on.

People have been taking the coats back and getting the money refunded to a card !!!! Did you have a delivery/despatch note with the coat ? If so then you can too

After being told I would not receive the T Shirt but would receive the coat I checked my order on line which showed as cancelled, the T Shirt is still showing in stock online. I e-mailed again to ask for confirmation that I would receive the coat and also asking why I was not being sent the TShirt as it is still in stock.

This is part of the reply I received

If the t shirt has been delivered please keep it with our compliments and if it has not been delivered please accept it with our compliments

Well, my coat/jacket thing has arrived today. Glad I didn't pay full price for it - very thin and to be honest very overpriced!

Then again, its cost me nothing so will take it back for a refund/credit vouchers. I took the t-shirt back at the weekend without any problems whatsoever. I must admit, its nice not to have to be contacting M&S re delivery dates etc. and also, they stuck to their word and delivered the coat without charge.

Good luck and fingers crossed to anyone else still waiting.

no i'm still waiting they have now given me a delivery date for the 26th jan changed from the 10th but did get the t-shirt.
so here's still waiting.

Got mine today too :j Felt very, very guilty again taking it back but it was pretty horrid! Got a lovely skirt and jacket instead. Had previously taken the t-shirt back and got 2 tops and a bra in the sale instead. So all-in-all, despite a bit of aggro and frustration I'm well impressed by M & S.

Knew they wouldnt get it right !

I am emailing to advise you, due to to our error, four of the ruffle coats have
been despatched to you. They are in two separate orders.

Please may I ask that you refuse delivery of one of the orders and the goods
will then be returned to us.

I'm sorry for nay inconvenience caused.

My promised delivery date was the 26th. They dont have a clue what they are doing.
