Oh my goodness I feel like I am banging my head against the wall here. Just emailed them and asked when my coats would be delivered (t-shirts arrived today) and they emailed back again saying that there are no coats on this order. I have told them soooo many times the story. Not quite sure what to do next.
  • Redhead, do you have any of the original emails from them? I have kept some just so that they can refer back to them but it seems to be down to the person who reads/answers your mail.

Try them again and attache/cut and paste any previous emails from them.

I've been luck with responses so far but am also waiting for the coat but they assured me it's on its way (original due date was 10th).

    Good luck!

I have them all and have done all that ! they just seem to ignore them all. I am hoping that maybe they are just on the way. T-shirts arrived today so I will wait a couple of days and see. If not them I will write a letter and print everything off. Thanks :D

Mine have both arrived today, together. The delivery note shows £12.75 for the top and £79 for the coat, but I'll have to wait till DH comes home to find uot how much we've paid.
  • Can I reiterate this that i posted the other day

Took this from the marks and spencers site.

So then found the head offices nearest trading standards offices on the trading standards site

Now it could be worth emailing them as they're the ones local to the M&S head office, and so you'll have concentrated all your complaints to one office

If everyone having issues contacts trading standards it will be very evident this is a fairly widespread problem. Trading standards can do very little with one or two complaints, but several can have an impact.

I got in touch with them it is trading standards who advised me to write to M&S head office.
Has anyone else complained to TS?

couldnt believe the way i was treated today when i phoned m & s.

i recieved the t shirt so i phoned them to ask when my coat was due they said i hadnt ordered a coat even though i had phoned to confirm that it was a coat i ordered yesterday. I was told that i had got it wrong that it was my error and that they would refund the money if i sent it back within 5 days. I asked who i should write to and was told that it wouldnt help

what is everyone else doing? this is unfair
