it is a jacket not a coat and a very thin one at that!!!! i would of expected it to be lined for £79 as well. When i tried it on with a t shirt it was a bit itchy!!!

I did not look at the m&s web page. and they asked for the card that the coat was bought on, they did not have anything to refer to.

Just had confirmation email that my 2 t-shirts are on the way. No mention of the coats but on the website it says 1-2 weeks delay for the coats in size 10.

Got my t-shirt this morning and emailed them to ask if the coat would follow and they confirmed that it had been despatched.

The only item showing on my M&S order page is the t-shirt so it'll be interesting what they do re. refund if I decide to take them both back - didn't like the t-shirt one bit.

Me too!!

I'm waiting for 1 coat and 1 t-shirt, have had confirmation that the t-shirt is despatched, but no mention of the coat

Fingers crossed then. The t-shirts are going straight back - not my cup of tea at all. Will wait till coat comes and decide then !

Hope you dont mind me asking but what size are you waiting for ? Just hoping the size 10's are in stock too..

Can someone advise me please. If the coat arrives and its not suitable is it best to send it back through the post or can you take it to your nearest M&S store?
If you take it to the store how do they know how much to credit you with? I would want vouchers for M&S not the money credited back to my credit card.

I wouldnt send it back - as they know you havent paid for it. I would definately take it into store and get a credit voucher that way.
