Louise did you email them regauding the coat and did you get the same responce as others that coat was out of stock etc. The coats do seem to be trickling through now. It will be a good start to 2007 if I get mine make up for this darn flu I have had over the xmas new Year and which I am still suffering from.

I did get a response to my e-mail, just to say that the money taken from my account was for the coat. No mention that it was out of stock etc. On the dispatch notes, both were dispatched on the 24th. so I do not know what happened there! Probably been stuck in a store house somewhere.

I got the money for the coat put back on my card, no questions asked! I then bought a coat for £40 from the sales, as I had a credit note from christmas I wanted to get rid of.

Before people start having a go, I really did not like the coat as it was too thin for what I ordered it for and just did not suit my figure.

Did your despatch note say that they had sent out a coat or did it say a t-shirt?
Only asking as when you took the coat back and if it said T-shirt on the despatch note, did they not question it?

just checked mr divadees bank online, and a payment to m&s has gone out today for £12.75 so looks like mine is on the way :j also just checked emails and have had dispatch note :j :j :j

the t-shirt one was quite ambiguous just saying chocolate mix with the order code, where as the coat definatly said "coat chocolate mix"

Edit I got no questions when I took either items back, was not even asked the reason for return!

My account has been debited today too and I've just had email to say butterfly top is on its way - no mention of the coat

yes i just got email tonight to say coat been debited and t-shirt has been despatched, so i have sent them an email with the order reference and a short explanation.Well keeping my fingers crossed,went to M&S owlcoates and tried on the coat in just brown and i really like it,so lets hope that i am lucky.

I've just received an email saying my cot and top are ready for despatch, showing the top at £12.75 and the coat at £79. The email also says:

If you entered a valid Promotion Code when you placed your order, the price
shown here will
reflect any discount or offer.

The top has the 15% discount taken off as per my original order, but the coat is showing at £79 still.

I shall ask DH to keep an eye on the bank account to see how much they take.

I got the 2x tshirts today, the despatch note said 2xtshirts.

Did you get another depsatch note with the coats? And that's when it said coat chocolate mix? Also, my note today for the t-shirts said the last 4 digits of my credit card, did your despatch note for the coat say the same thing?

well got an email back today to say she had looked into my order and they where passed to royal mail on the 5th, but no mention off what the order contained,so just checked their own website and the order page its just showing the t-shirt and no mention of the coat,is this what other people see on their order page or is it showing t-shirt and coat.Well here's waiting for the post now to see what arrives fingers crossed.

coats came on a seperate dispatch note, as I queried this when I took the t-shirt back.

Note for the coat, had no card number at all.
