Well it's looking good guys. I've just answered my door to the delivery man bearing a large box from M&S. Inside was the coat as promised, with an invoice for £79, but where the M&S invoice normally shows which card you have used, this is blank and the total due is blank. I've just checked my card and no further monies have been taken either.:j
I'm going to take the t-shirt (received before Christmas complete with invoice for £12.75) back and enjoy my free coat:rotfl:0 -
I'd keep checking my card if I were you. Whenever I receive an order from M&S there are no figures on the delivery note.
My delivery is supposed to be 16th Jan. I'll just see what arrives, and deal with it after that.

All of my invoices show tender type and the last four digits of the the card used. This one definately doesn't and furthermore, when I check my order history online, the coat doesn't even show, only the t-shirt which I didn't order. I will continue to check my card, but going by previous experience I'm confident that they are honouring their pricing mistake.0

I have had an email this morning to say my tshirts are ready to dispatch no mention of the coat. I have sent a letter of complaint to head office. So Will see what happens, fingers crossed. I do not beleive they should be able to get away with this mistake given the first email we all received.0

My order has now been changed from the 2 coats to 2 t-shirts. Am currently emailing them but know they dont have a clue what I am talking about. I wont let it drop though.0

I recieved my coat, it looks more like a big cardigan / jacket, definately not thick enough for the winter conditions predicted. Have taken it back and exchanged it for a more suitable coat. Now I can walk through Manchester warm. The sign of a wasted life is a tidy house, Welcome to the chaos!0

so it has taken approx a week after you receiving the tshirts for your coat to arrive. Fingers crossed that mine comes next week then the tshirts were dispatched on the 1st but havn't received them yet.
Louise did you email them regauding the coat and did you get the same responce as others that coat was out of stock etc. The coats do seem to be trickling through now. It will be a good start to 2007 if I get mine make up for this darn flu I have had over the xmas new Year and which I am still suffering from.0 -
I am having a nightmare trying to get any sense out of them. I ordered mine on the 19th December and havent had anything yet, they are now claiming not to know anything about the coat, typical. Anyway I have the emails and print outs. Ahhhhhhhhhh.0
