M&S Coat £15

Mine has been changed to 79 pounds for a coat and a t-shirt

but i think it is just a mistake

Just called them cs could see anything on system.......... and knew nothing of the t shirt email and coat at no extra cost.

She has put a note on system and advised me to email too.

I reccomend everybody make a quick call and do a email replying to theirs stating the error asking what is going on.

She did say that if I have an email they woyld have to abide by it...

If eveybody can report back?...................

I have just entered a dialogue with M&S online re. the coat as I too received confirmation email stating £15/free t-shirt and then noticed I was going to be charged £85!!

Don't suppose anyone kept a screenshot of the original page did they i.e. where it stated the coat was £15? Hope we're not going to have a fight on our hands!

Let's keep each other informed.

I don't have a screenshot, but I DO have confirmation from M&S that "we will be sending out the coat to you at no extra cost within the next few weeks. You may keep the t-shirt with our compliments."

I also have the email but it seems they are trying to wriggle out of this one now so I just thought any info we had would help the cause! They are very quick at responding to emails this morning but we'll have to wait and see on this one.

They still haven't responded to the one I sent yesterday.

I've had about 10 email responses from CS this morning and still not got any definitive answer on this one so I suggest we all contact them via email and get some clarification. Latest I got from them was I was getting a t-shirt with no sign of the coat - flipping heck why is everything so complicated!! lol

My order still shows the 10th as delivery date and discounted price £12.74 no mention of the tops they said about in the email i received, not bothered about the tops personally.Will check my order again later.

I had taken screen shot (just in case), but can't get the graphic to show on here although saved in the word document.here it is without the pictures if it helps.
