just checked mine again still showing the 2 items full rpice, and a delivery date of the 16th. i dont think they have got a leg to stand on after the email we received!!!!!

i will wait and see what arrives. i know my sale order has been dispatched already.

no money has been reserved by m&s from my card yet, so maybe they are going to try and get of of it

Long phone call to M&S this morning, my orders are showing 2 butterfly tops on one and coat(@£79) and one top on the other.
I have had to send the emails I received, nothings ever easy is it!!

They are insisting that I ordered a top despite me sending a copy of the confirmation e-mail which clearly stated classic collection ruffle coat!

I have just recieved this email I am absolutly fuming I diddnt order the tops and I dont Bl**** want them I want my coat

earlier, this is due to a technical error on our website.

You can return any products that you are unhappy with back to our store for a
refund or a replacement. Or you can use the postage paid label on your order
summary, which was enclosed with your parcel, to send them back to us by Royal
Mail, if that's easier for you.

purhaps we should all ask to speak to ben dobson from customer sevices as he seems to know what is happening, i think the rest are just fobbing us off with the standard reply!!

am now wondering what will happen to my order which i placed over the phone and paid on my card am going to check account to see if they have taken the right amount out and then suppose i have to sit tight for delivery

Hi all, just returned from M&S bluewater (kent) they had 8 of the coats in the shop in various sizes at £79. Tried my size on just to see. Does up with a hook & eye fastening near your bust.Do really like the coat, but would have to say I would have to think hard about paying £79 for it.
