If the coat does not fit, I am sure they will exchange it in store. The returns policy says they allow items ordered on line to be returned instore, so I would have thought that it would be the same for exchanges.

mines the same.........just emailed them.... guessing as we had an email confirmation at £15 then email saying will get the coat..at no extra cost they wont have a legal leg to stand on!!!!!!!!!

mine has also been changed, i ordered 2 coats because i wasnt sure of the size i would need, it has now changed to 2 t-shirts and only 1 coat in a size 16 at £79 which is not the size that i ordered !!! also delivery has changed from the 10th to the 16th i am not impressed!! so have just emailed them

Just checked mine and it still says confirmed for 2 coats @ £12.75 each, no mention of t-shirts on mine, but I will keep checking !

LOL Redhead maybe we are sharing our order if that the case i have got the short straw.
Has anybody tried ringing them? Dont suppose there will be anyone in the offices untill tommorow
