If you take it to the store how do they know how much to credit you with? I would want vouchers for M&S not the money credited back to my credit card.

If you take it in to a store you'll get a refund to whatever card you choose or a credit note - the choice is yours.

Thanks. I might keep the coat but the T-shirt has no chance of keekin on me.

Just received my t-shirt, charged £12.75 (used the discount code!), card details were on the invoice for this.

No sign of the coat though, either in the post, on the invoice or on my order page online , not sure what to do - should I sit tight and wait to see if it arrives, or do I phone them and see what they say?

Same here too, emailed lunchtime yesterday but no response as yet :mad:

Was the coat and t-shirt in the one package or were they seperate parcels?

I received the T shirt through the post and when I rang about the coat was told it was due to be delivered on 10th Jan so I should hang fire for a wee bit.

Thanks for that, I'll wait until the 10th now (that was the original delivery date anyway I think) and fingers crossed it turns up!!
