I think you should listen to what other ebid sellers are saying on the ebid forum about unhelpful ebid supporters - they are talking about you.


To the rational ebid sellers on here - do you really want this guy arguing your case? He is doing more harm than good! If you know who he is perhaps a polite word to stop him doing further damage is in order. I respect the posts of mrsk for example as they are balanced and rational. Scotchebidder just spouts nonsense and conspiracy theories - seriously, how is he helping ebids cause?

Right.. I've posted links to two good eBid information sites. I've told you that I have sold over 60 items this month. I've told you that 4 more sold this evening. I've made suggestions about the areas where eBid is more useful than eBay. I've shown how to find busy sellers. I've told you where advanced search is.

But what the eBid bashers want to do is just that - bash eBid.

I shall not return to this thread because you don't want to know what I can tell you.

Have you not noticed that Soolin has many '000 posts over a number of years? Soolin posts on almost every thread and every topic, and has strong opinions about almost everything.
I'm not trying to defend Soolin, she doesn't need any help, but you are making it sound personal. We could all say the same, as whatever we post about, Soolin will almost certainly have a contribution to make.

That's a shame if you decide to leave and I mean that seriously. I mentioned you positively in two of my posts further up. Your posts here have been fair, balanced and informative. If all ebid posters were the same there would be less bickering here. Unfortunately when you have users like scotchebidder posting on ebids behalf, it's hard for people nit to react.

I hope you do decide to stay as I for one am interested to hear about your positive experiences. As i said previously, eBay is currently the right platform for me but if ebid does grow then who knows.

i dont have a obsession with your posts i disagree with what you have said about ebid you have also encouraged others by your posts to not bother rather than just give your own opinion your inefect working against ebid your posts are just more than a opinion,i fail to see how my disagreement with you has a bad press effect on ebid when all your posts regarding ebid are negative you could hardley accuse me of agreeing with you!

You just can't get it, can you. I don't need anyone to tell me where they source their stuff, what I sell is very specialised so not many people would have information that is much use to me.
The information I was talking about was just about providing evidence that would prove wrong all the people posting negative comments about ebid.
More like market research, which I do all the time on ebay, the sort of stuff terapeak would tell you about ebay. Not like Jo Blogg has sold 5 iphones that he bought from such and such a wholesaler...

You also don't understand what MSE is about, you post here, you insult many posters and don't have a clue what MSE is about....

Incidentally I've done a bit of research, after 'a very helpful person' told me that you can search closed sales.
I won't post the results, it's too controversial, let's just say looking at sellers in my category I saw a lot of red crosses and very few green ticks.....

i dont post on ebids behalf i post on my own behalf i tried to explain to you on this forum in a positive sense months ago about ebid you and your little gang just argued against me and others from ebid,again that thread envolved you and soolin attacking ebid, you would not reason or debate you just found reason to knock down ebid
