Floss - its the fridge section thats cold but I try and get DH to come with me to help. He's an excellent packer!:D I do sometimes do an online shop but we get 10% off in the supermarket cos DS works there!

I wear gloves a lot, use handwarmers and wheat bags. My feet are also the same - always cold - I'm still using my wheat bag on them now every night - dont like bed socks. Its strange cos I have the odd hot flush so my face is boiling while my hands are frozen:D

I'm cold a lot - got to be very warm before I go around in just a tee-shirt!(its embarrassing cos my bits stick out a lot;) cos I'm so cold iykwim:o)

and yes I do tend to pay with cash now!

I wonder if I have similar tendencies as I swear by thermal socks - even in spring / summmer - and wear socks in bed when DH is away... and my thermal-lined gloves come out in late August, and don't go away until after Easter time...and DH always says my feet are like ice, even in summer :o Despite all that I can't make good pastry though!

How's DS getting on at the supermarket, is he getting on OK with the customers?

Thanks taplady - i've had it since i was about 16 -but i used to only get in when i went to Norway and it was absolutely freezing, and only in my feet, then my hands started about 5 years ago and it used to only happen in winter and well, i've not gone a week without getting it at some point this year, my toes always go when i'm driving, and my hands - always the fridge aisle or walking the dog when theres a chill in the air. I worry that the movement getting worse it a bad sign (i'm only 23 - i need to know if it's going to get worse!) even if it's exercises or something to help keep the movement going otherwise i shall be known as 'the girl that always wears mittens, even in summer!'

Night night all i suppose i better get some shut eye! (OH went to bed at 8!)

DS is getting on well thanks - getting more used to talking to the customers and looking at them - even smiling a bit :)

Bramble - I'm the same - only takes a slight chill in the air to set me off, another thing I've found is that it happens when I'm driving sometimes. I've got a good pair of mittens - North Face ones, cost me an arm and a leg but I can ffit a small hadwarmer inside them for days when I've got to be outdoors in winter.
