morning all, frozen reduced pancakes for breakfast, some part baked rolls for lunch (i have 3 wee ones left to use up) i'll have tuna mayo and ds can have cheese, dinner is gammon roast with mash and some sort of frozen veg (must resist the urge to nip to the farm shop for a brocolli for brocolli cheese because i don't acually need it, what i do need is freezer space)

rabbit stews suppose to be yummy, so my hubby says anyway he keeps saying he's gonna shoot some but he knows i'd cry my eyes out if he brought one home and never cook it, i already do phesant and duck he knows not to push it lol, it'll be a cold day in hell before i eat our pets lol (saying that we only have dogs lol)

I'd love to join this challenge if a little late? I suffer mental health problems and haven't been able to work for s couple months, and will be off for a couple months more it seems,so if I have this right,I limit my spending to absolute basics?:D and confess any other spending downfalls and you shout at me for being weak and a slave to the supermarkets, can I buy chocolate? Pretty please? :rotfl:

I slept well last night, since the cat lived!

Well, I went to Tesco yesterday and came out with my free pizzas and some cans of pepsi that were on a B1G1F. So I spent just under £4. I decided to book a taxi home though as I had 2 parcels I picked up from Tesco direct, one of which was huge.

Waited for the taxi for 25 mins, was supposed to be 10-15 so decided to get the bus instead. Thankfully the big parcel was light, but the 2 packs of 8 cans were a bit heavier lol. Plus I had a carrier of new clothes. Made it onto the bus, feeling a bit smug at saving the taxi fare when the cans which were on the luggage rack fall right onto the tip of my finger. I wanted to scream out loud! Had to grin and bear it!!

Anyway, it's shepherd's pie for tea, but I've only got one carrot. The question is, do I do the 30 minute round trip walk, for a couple of carrots?
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.

Yes, it's supposed to be about using what's in the freezer and store cupboards and limiting your spending. So, getting rid of all that stuff that's being hanging around at the back of the cupboards lol. For me it's more about using up some food, creating a space, then filling it back up with whoopsies again. :o

You can cheat, and buy chocolate, just don't put it in the store cupboard or freezer... so in your fridge lol.

I've got stacks of cleaning products from when Tesco were doing DTD, reckon they could last me a good few months at least! Oh I miss dtd. :(

Things I need to use up are my cuts of meats and some spice mixes, must have about 10 various ones. Might have a job convincing ds to eat some of them lol.
