Morning all and prayers to katskorner's Nan.
Hope all are well or at least feeling better.
Spent another £2.50 last night, no real "whoopsies", but did buy 2 more Cravendale with 50p coupons and bought a pack of ham (supposedly half-price at £1.50, but would be poor value at £3!!!).
Yesterday's spends were £3.78.
Shouldn't have bought the Cravendale as new 50p coupons in the latest Sainsbury's free mag (valid until early August).
Toasted tea-cakes for breakfast and took out spag bol for later.
Trying not to buy too much, just tick-over. Need swede, eggs and frozen peas - might wait until Saturday and get the lot from Lidl.
Sequeena - most, if not all the coupon info is from the "Coupon Thread" - internet and pointers to mag/leaflet coupons etc.
Hope you all did the free ebay £10 the other week - just need to see what to [STRIKE]waste[/STRIKE] spend it on now. lol

Sequeena - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3840565 <-- printable coupon thread on MSE is where I get mine
Florenceem - Have a good trip tomorrow!
Lynsey - I did do the eBay coupon - bought a nice notebook that I didn't need but could either use it for me or use for a present seeing as it was £0. Mum also has a coupon so will see what I can buy with that
Don't need to go to the shops so won't be going. I definitely have fits and starts with it, sometimes I feel I'm in the shops several times a week and then other times, not at all! Unsure what to have for dinner tonight....0 -
Anyone done the co-op deal?

Morning all. Slept quite well last night but still didn't want to get up this morning lol.
Ds stayed with his dad last night which didn't go well judging by the phone call I received. The ex is staying at his mam's to look after her dog while she's away, so ds gets picked up after his dad finishes work, goes to the house and his dad says they have to take the dog out for a walk. Apparently ds didn't stop whining for 40 mins haha. Told him he's got a bad leg tho and he's probably tired as it was getting late!
Ds ate plenty of tea tho, which was the shepherds pie... bit like slop really lol. Will have to make a proper one myself. Had to buy milk yesterday as both the skimmed and whole was on the verge of going off. Also bought bacon which I left in my handbag nearly all day cos I forgot about it. Will have to use it up fast I guess!
Meal for today will be a peri-peri chicken breast wrap. Might make a rhubarb crumble today. Flo's crumble looks lovely.
katskorner - thinking of your nan, must be awful for you. x
Lynsey - got my £10 - not sure what to spend it on lol. There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.0 -
Got the free cereal (choco cheerios
) and 3 free nappy creams in Mr T's with vouchers
plus lots of other baby bargains.
Then got to the crumpet aisle where 6 crumpets were YS down to 15p. Now have a freezer full of crumpets - very moneysaving as we go through them like they are going out of fashion. Freezer quite full again0 -
Can we have a freezer audit? How large is yours?
I thought it might give perspective on stocks held and definitions of what 'full' might really mean.......
I have a fridge freezer with three freezer drawers and an 18cuft chest freezer.3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

My freezer is a little box freezer at the top of my fridge so really very small.
Oh wait, that was a huge lie. Its 3ft x 2ft x 3ft chest freezer and I loves it:smileyhea0
