cheerfulness4 - It was 1 litre cartons the last time and got mine from Sainsbury's and I think Asda?? Saved well over £5 per month.
*** It was Sainsbury's mainly - just checked archived posts.
Hope it's true and NOT another silly "twist" like the Muppets!! I like Cravendale............just wouldn't "buy" it.
Lynsey
So how did it work before? Saying its the winners that will get it on their facebook page. Loads asking how you 'win.' Was it a coupon giveaway for first come first serve?
Seems from what Cravendale have said themselves that it is a genuine repeat of last time.
Can't stop giggling at the BT infinity ad thats on where the poor young lad is explaining how to use net to his mum and all the forum abv's. So funny!
I must be having a happy day for it to please me so much.AUGUST GROCERY CHALLENGE £115.93/ £250

It'll be myself that messed it up, putting ingredients in the wrong order. I'll get another bag of flour from Lidl at the weekend and re-try as above, see if the change in flour makes any difference ...... the birds will hope for another flop though!!
Thanks to yourself and Jane's tip with the oats, got a result at last that I like and with the use of milk.
I'll have to try some seeds, once I find some cheap ones.
Great freezer day/s - out came the prawn ring, bacon, mince for tomorrow and just ate between us the last 2 creme egg lollies. I had another stir fry with garlic prawns, so used up some more frozen peas and sweetcorn - nothing at all put in.
Also finished off a tub of Carte D'or yesterday - the gaps are appearing again. :j

decided to stop letting this illness get the better of me so I went for a 4 1/4 mile run. kill or cure now - we shall see!
Time to pick up DS3 from pre-school. He has bumped his head while there but is ok as they let him stay but no doubt he will want a sleep and five minutes with Mr Maker before the school run.
Then dinner - going to cook morrocan lamb to use up leftovers from sunday and some of the couscous mountain from approved foods.3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

It was first come, first served and lasted approx. 15 minutes - usually started around 11 am.
I used 3 laptops/netbooks last time and sometimes got very lucky - it is a bit of a scramble though - and fun.
Good luck if it returns, hope so.
katskorner - well done, hope you are feeling better.

Wow thanks Kirri for doing the research and sharing. No headache this morning but feel strange lol.
I will send the BBC article to OH. His mother has diabetes and his daughter from first marriage has pre-diabetes so I fret a bit about him guzzling say four juice boxes during a movie - that has to be nearly half a litre I'd guess.
Lip_Stick the Italian chicken thang sounds nice.
bramble1 I don't eat pork anymore, I find I get nice bit of fat but the chop itself is just tough and dry eww. OH chews away happily tho..

Hope the bread was a success this time lynsey - the birds will have to fend for themselves this week!! I wouldn't be without my breadmaker - the one time I was trying to "impress" though - some friends came around and I had forgotten to put any salt in - it was horrible - serves me right!! Another little success this evening - I have removed a breadbun (yes - just the one!) and will make my lunch tomorrow - I only get a 5 min break so one bun is enough!! Small steps and all that....... I will succeed!!!!I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!0
