No skin on, just two small pieces of tail.
Just had a look at a chinese ginger and soy sauce recipe.
Marinated and skewered seems like another option??
Another one was with king prawns in a tomato and wine sauce - got a bag of lovely king prawns.
Just need to get them used.

Woke up to my £15 M&S vouchers - wonder if the M&S Outlet shops accept them.
It's back on. Just ordered another one for my son.
Seems cold today, so definitely porridge for breakfast.
If I get the frying steak from Lidl, I'll cook one pack for tomorrow. I've got a jar of beef and ale sauce that needs getting rid of!!
Stir fry tonight I think and snacks during the day.
Have fun.

Morning everyone.
Feeling a bit tired this morn, after having squirty pants pulling the duvet off me at half 7.
M&S voucher has arrived so TYVM Lynsey for mentioning it. I told dad about it but he missed out as they'd sold out. Might save the voucher for the end of the month when I'm a bit skint lol. Off into town today with ds and mum. Need to buy ds a toy out of his Christmas money that I spent lol. Might try to talk mam into having Nando's for dinner.
Spending spree ends today. Next week, barring fruit and veg, I'm getting nothing! Need to put £100 away for holiday spending money. There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.0 -
