    Lynsey, what is Living Social?

Bit like Groupon Kirri, offering deals at reduced prices.
Don't miss this one. The vouchers last for 1 year and cost less than half-price. So, something half-price would be more than halved again!!
Wait until hubby notices his credit card transactions. lol
    1 per person. ;)

I bought one too earlier, what a no-brainer! I'll use mine at Simply Food branches sited at stations...I like to treat myself to a small bottle of chilled sparkling wine during long train journeys and this will go a long way!

Is it a paper voucher then? (my mum gets ex staff discount so I only ever shop in store rather than online)
Very tempted if paper voucher then as I shop there quite a bit..

    Just logged current Feb food spends - £8.94 (food £3.35 & fruit/veg £5.59)

I thought it was a physical gift card.

I'm assuming Kirri it's a gift-card which is sent out.

REALLY! Frozen lettuce, wow that's weird!

Yup, seen it coming off the delivery truck ! And btw the french fries (unless changed recently) are chip shaped reconstituted potato rather than actual chips, also frozen.

I think it's one that gets emailed to you in pdf format for you to print out or use online. I got an e-gift card when I pre-ordered something for christmas and was sent a £5 one.
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.

Lunch - just made drop scones for the first time and impressed myself! Used the Mary Berry recipe and they came out perfectly - says in the book they freeze well so I have a good batch to go in for a later date :D I had a half used bottle of maple syrup and that goes well with them.

Bit annoyed with myself though as went to put the plain flour I got this morning in the cupboard and found another pack already in there... thought it was a spare SR flour, so now I'm almost out of SR and have 2 packs of plain

^ Can you walk to the school or is it too far? I never drive in snow, really don't like it!! Snow even due here in London this weekend..

Sorry completely missed your post! :o I don't take ds in the car, it's my neighbour who does as she takes her grandchildren to the same school on a couple of days. I have to walk. :( Takes about 25 mins there and about 50 mins back when I've got ds and his little legs with me lol. Had to get rid of my car when I got made redundant.

lol. There was a time when I had 3 bottles of vinegar in the house. Didn't realise I had bought some so bought another bottle til I got to 3. Then when I'd ran out I'd buy another bottle. Now about 6 years later I've just got the one. :D
