Steak sarnie for late lunch, didn't wake up until 2:30pm I went to bed this am.
Have also taken out lamb mince, all ingredients mentioned from freezer, rice and veg to be added.
Still contemplating flows mini pies, I have a turkey leg in freezer, so I'm thinking of Turkey and veg with gravy mini pies, using any leftover turkey in a pasta.
That will be the last of the whole Turkey I won at Easter, it alsoeans that I Will have a free freezer drawer to start stocking up on homemade meals.Lose 28lb 3/28lb

Thank youI got a bit lazy cooking, posting, eating when ill..
Back to normal - made a garlic courgette risotto tonight.
Cooked up extra courgettes and will stick in freezer and try them in a risotto from frozen though not sure how mushy they will be.
Had courgette fritters for lunch, out the freezer - they heat up quite well straight from frozen.0 -
Kirri, I just couldn't sleep, lol I wish it was more!
I popped to Mr t at the right time, got 8 wholemeal buns for 20p, in date until 8th, a reduced sausage roll had for late lunch, a pack of yogurts and chocolate bar for free and a big tin of pineapple, paid 90p after coupons, even got coleslaw for free.
Dinner will be a stew that I took from the freezer along with a garlic flat bread from the freezer, along with the coleslaw, will have the remaining mince tomorrow.Lose 28lb 3/28lb

^ Ah lol thought you had something more to tell us
Day of using up stuff today:
Breakfast - usual yoghurt & muesli with OJ
Lunch - tofu vegan sausages as pack had been opened and needed to be used, with hm onion marmalade and a (free) muffin from the freezer
Mid pm snack - last bit of the hm frozen lemon cheesecake (love this straight from the freezer!)
Dinner - had mozzarella to use up (was supposed to be for polpette but my egg delivery was messed up..) so making a pizza base instead, in the breadmaker at the moment - got the cooked garlic courgettes out the freezer from last night, with some of the frozen hm basil pesto (instead of tomato puree) and will add HG green pepper/chilli/tomato. Will save some of the pizza for lunch tomorrow.0 -
Out - diced venison, sweetcorn cobs, rhubarb

Right! Back from holiday and after my food shop is delivered tonight, my hope is to not shop again until payday!
I had bought food in for my sister to eat as she was cat sitting, but she took the kitten back to hers so we've got even more food than I had bargained for.
Tonight we're using some potatoes and beans for jacket potato dinner.0 -
Oh wow £50 gets you alot from ocado! We should be good for ages!
In.... oh so much.
Out ... salmon fillet for the kitten/dog to share. And I used some old veg and lentils to make soup for lunch.0
