Sounds nice and am a sucker for a slow-cooker recipe, what's in it?:)'It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.'

MNR - I've been here on and off, just masses of appts at the moment.. I was wondering where everyone else had disappeared too though!
WP - your spring onions have grown quick, mine are thinner than chives still!! About to stop picking asparagus but spinach, rocket and herbs still being picked. Other seeds shooting up now though.
Today I had a banana for breakfast then brie and crispbreads for lunch followed by a nectarine. Omelette and new potatoes for dinner I think, have only just got in and can't be bothered to cook really so need a quick meal. Not used anything from the freezer. No food delivery this week.0 -

The spring onions were planted last autumn, the ones I have sown this year are similar to yours.
I can't wait for the rest to grow and ripen.Weight loss challenge 66lb to go /59lb's lost

Nothing out the freezer/fridge today - was out eating a free meal win0 -
Freezer (well, fridge-freezer section) nearly empty:) Taken a few bits out this week - bread, HM meals - and nothing gone in.
Might make some chipotle sauce this afternoon; will let you know how I get on.'It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.'

Hi all! Think I shall be joining you shortly. I've just joined the july grocery challenge and need to make cupboard and freezer inventories. I've just been to the shed freezer looking for a chicken- I'm sure I have one but couldn't find it so got out some HM chicken in tomato sauce for tomorrows tea. I have so much meat that I shouldn't need to buy any for ages if I just get organised and mealplan.July grocery- 24.40/220. NSD-1/3.
