    Hey guys.

Kirri I find the cereal a bit hard tbh, thank goodness I have only 1 box.

Cereal again today, been busy, so brought lunch out, saved some for dinner and had that after Zumba.

Breakfast and lunch at home tomorrow, dinner out with a friend, so I'm going to have a small portion of casserole, probs freeze some

Can't say I noticed that and I don't even have milk on mine, I ate two boxes! Left my other two boxes with my parents to eat. All the free cereals I've had are very sweet though, the All Bran, the Golden Grahams and the cinnamon squares stuff I had boxes of last year. I'll be back on my organic muesli after this though :o

Veg box arriving today, probably have a few days of fajitas with tofu ahead as don't really have anything to go with the veg. Just making some bread while I'm waiting.

Freezer section of fridge nearly empty now. Have taken out bread and a couple of HM meals in the last few days, so just half a bag of Quorn and some filo pastry left now. Will have to post photo when it's finally empty, as proof:)

Then start filling it again, with some batch-cooking.

Last-minute tea yesterday, but very cheap. Got a 10p whoops ciabatta, split and covered with HM pizza sauce, few bits of veg, and last of parmesan, and put in oven, for an italian-bread pizza. And had some of the ciabatta left over for lunchtime sarnies. So a total outlay of around 7 pence.:rotfl:

^ the ciabatta pizza sounds good and yes need proof of the empty freezer! Mine is still packed but at least not with anything bought from a shop.

    No veg box yet :(

Bread ready though so will have that with cheese for lunch.

There's a free pork pie offer/coupon in the weekly money tips email for the meat eaters on here :)

Ploughing my way through some coursework, which once again, I've left until the last minute. So I've been munching crisps all morning - not a very healthy breakfast!

Fancy pasta for dinner, but we have no pasta sauce, so I'm going to make a cheese sauce and bung in lots of the tomatoes that we got YS last week that need using up. I'll probably crunch it up in the oven and add some brie on the top, yum! I think I'm going to make 2 portions and freeze 1 (OH doesn't like pasta of any kind ), so that'll be something else going in the freezer!

Not sure what OH will want, hopefully something from the freezer!

    In - HM Quiche.
    Out - Sprats.
Today I am going to make a pie using some of the pastry I made yesterday. I will chop up the rest of the salami and mix it with the LO roast veggies.
    Experimental pie.
    No spending!!!!!! :money:
However - I just haven't got the hang of emptying the freezers - take out something and make more of it - so in it goes.

Picked my first load of strawberries today :D and first carrots too.

Brunch was out of the veg delivery yesterday, garlic mushrooms, hm bread and cruelty free Hen Nation eggs.

Dinner will also be out of the veg box, new potatoes with garlic, more of the eggs in a cheese omelette and a bit of salad from the allotment.
