Yes i received an email about an hour ago saying that one of the two items i ordered has been dispatched and the other is out of stock. It doesn't state which item is being sent but does say that if i am not happy to wait for the out of stock item to ring them and choose something else.
At least something is happening after all this time....was going to put in for a refund if i hadn't heard anything by tomorrow0 -
Managed to eventually get my refund today through a paypal claim. Beauty stop never replied to any emails I sent them, glad to have got my money back, not the sort of company I want to deal with, awful alround! Never mind, nothing lost luckily and I know never to order with them in the future.Midwife in the making....0

Pink, no need for you to apologise at all, it's really not your fault. It was kind of you to take the time to post something which looked like a good deal, if I had spotted it I would have posted. These things happen with group buying sites from time to time I've had a few problems with various deals but then I've also got some great deals, you win some you lose some. Not your faul in the slightest

I got my item yesterday. To be honest my dealings with them have been good, yes the item took about 2 weeks from buying the kgb voucher but I wasn't in a rush for it anyway. I got EDT worth £33 (the item I was looking at stayed the same price before and after the voucher) for £13 (£10 voucher + £3). I could probably have got it elsewhere for around £25 if I hunted but still even then it's a saving of £12.
They answered a query I had within hours and then there was a problem with processing my PayPal order and they rang me and the girl on the phone was very helpful and friendly.
I can however understand people's frustrations that they put the price up on the items they were looking at, that is sneaky.0 -
Well i finally recieved part of my order...and it's not even the right product! Can't believe i have waited nearly 3 weeks for them to send me the wrong thing! Well i am not going to pay to send it back to them as will never get postage paid for so looks like i am stuck with it

What is the chances of getting the rest of my order that is apparently out of stock? well i'd say slim...0 -
i wld like to thank the op as things did go well for me!! had ordered a 30ml romance perfume but got a 75ml perfume instead. it's another story that it was a tester but hey am glad i got it in the end. i did hav to call them up several times to chase it and cancelled part of my order (b4 the prices went up ie.) to finally get it dispatched. overall, i might use them again if there is a voucher scheme. but if i were to pay full price, i would think twice...seeing that it was a tester that i got and it was not supposed to be on sale.0

Well have finally heard back from kgb about my receiving wrong order (and only one item instead of 2) and they emailed me saying they will refund me but only once i have sent beauty stop the item back and i will have to pay postage for this!
The cheek of it! They sell me this rubbish deal and i'm the one who will have to queue up at the post office with two toddlers and part with MY money to get my tenner back.
Rant over...Don't worry OP it's not your fault that everyone is having problems - these things happen sometimes with deals and i guess you win some you lose some.
At least i know never to use KGB again and to warn others not to0 -
I placed an order on 23rd June for £30 worth of goods. No goods received and they have not responded to my email. I've asked KGB for my money back.0

Credit due to KGB, they responded to my Saturday morning email within an hour and a half confirming they will refund me.0
