£30 to spend on beauty for £10

They have blocked people posting complaints and messages on their facebook. I would urge anyone who has not received their order and have not had a response to contact KGB and get you cash back.

I just presumed I had to pay the paypal fee so they get the actual amount I owed them , not less ... so I did!!!

I placed my order for under £30 on 23rd June and have heard nothing since.

I've just asked KGB for a refund, I thought this over for a while but decided that I'm not going to support a dishonest company. Does it take long to get a refund?

I've asked KGB for a refund, but heard nothing so now have a paypal claim open, they have yet to respond to it. I brought a voucher for my friend aswell. She ordered last Thursday and hasn't heard anything from Beauty Stop, she has emailed them twice now just to see if she can get some info on the status of her order but they have not replied. I will never go near Beauty Stop again this has really put me off. Hope some more of you manage to get your orders soon!

Sorry to hear so many disappointed people but finally the truth is coming out. KGB are doing nothing yet they are the ones who took our cash. KGB should be emailing everyone who purchased the voucher and if they have not received their items a refund should be immediate.

Beauty Stop have updated their blog informing people what is going on. Its an utter joke.

They are still selling on ebay and claim to have stock they are telling KGB'ers that they dont. And the ebay prices have not increased.

I have put in for a refund now. This company is a joke, trying to get a hold of them even for a simple yes or no about an order is impossible. I really hope they do not survive in business for long as their practices are shocking! I would hate for some poor person to be out a load of money with them!

Basically saying..."Suck it up... you got it for a tenner...!" Erm that's not the attitude savy and repeat customers have! Shocking company!
