pigpen Yeah!! :j why the hecky peck did I not think of a dongle, I amaze myself with my stoopidness
Frittered away I've got a memory foam topper that I adore, but never tried the full mattress, not really that bothered as it'll be round OH's anyway so he can please himself, I'm only bothered about the size. I made myself howl with laughter then....mad woman that I am. Can't get away with the pillows either, I end up flinging it on the floor.
Been to work and not done much since I got in, DD1 and littley have just gone out for some lunch and I'm about to see if the Tennis is on.0 -
We've got a memory foam mattress embb - it took me a while to get used to it, as I found it a lot hotter to sleep in at first, but I now find it really comfy. The only downside I've found, is that it's a lot heavier to lift when you are making the bed, so be careful with your back.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170

Can't believe how petty your ebay buyer was Valli - sounds to me like they are just one of those people who are never happy with anything!
I have had two reds of late - one about 4 MONTHS after the sale - and never contacted me re the complaint! T'other was someone whoi bought a used Roxy backpack who wasn't happy with condition - erm it was USED
and it was £1.04
mind you this is why I stopped car booting - there are so many round here and the buyers want to pay pennies and some of the stalls are NOT car booters but traders...
And I have had 5 non-payers lately:mad:
anyway I have a bid on one of the two pictures I have listed which I 'found' in the 'useful cupboard' and another brooch has sold. When I have emptied 'the box' I will make another start on 'the understairs cupboard'.
My bedroom cleaned - just put some stuff (sisters posters which came from my mum's attic) in my attic as I can't decide what to do with them. There's a poster of Michael Praed as Robin Hood (yum yum) so that's how old they are...
lol just read feedback - reasonable postage - a £5 for a BOX of 4 items - only REASONABLE?
and 'you won't find a better e bayer' still at least I've got 'as described' and 'mint condition' not bad for used stuff!

Oh dear - hope I have better luck with selling things - it's been a very long time since I sold anything on ebay - so long ago in fact that I couldn't even remember my Paypal details, and have had to set up a brand new account today. I've only ever had greens before, but was a very low-usage user.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170

Lost my GUAG again
Foam matresses DS2 has quite a cheap one (he had a topper first). He is a person who likes to be hot and is very light and loves it. DS1 has a more expensive one and really doesn't get on with it as it makes him too hot for at least half the year - that is with the window open and no heat in the room. I would not have one, I hate the feel of foam and think it is unhygienic and yukky. Trouble is you can't turn them either. Going to see if I can get a thick padded cotton topper for DS1 and see if we can then turn it over. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
I got a cotton topper from green fibres dusty. It's lovely, and you can chuck it in the machine to wash it.0

Two binbags decluttered to the RSPCA, also bumped into an old friend there so we had a catch up.
Managed to get my supplements to boost my system, also treated myself to lunch out, table for one, but it was very nice.
Hubby marches on grand in the bathroom although me trying to go to the loo was an adventure a little while ago, it looks like a crime scene with everything taped off and covered over.
So the rest of the ceiling is down as is most of the walls, its a filthy, dirty job too. So we now have to find the money for the plasterer, a bathroom suite, the decor, etc, etc. It never ends. Gah.
ANyways, having a brew and relaxing for a mo and then back to the sorting and decluttering.DFW Nerd 267. DEBT FREE 11.06.08

you'll be fine - it's just that I have massivbely upped the volume of stuff I'm listing - so, statistically I was bound to hack someone off!
A lot of the stuff I'm listing atm was my bil-s - and he's offered to split the profit 50/50 with me and since I'm desperate for a new kitchen I am happy to list his stuff which, tbh, is in excellent nick. And recent free listing weekends mean I am listing with highger start prices than I might otherwise have done.
Just looked at the school newsletter. On Thursday there are only two classes in school as the other staff are in the ATL or the NUT and are on strike.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016
Thank you Honey Bear0 -
Our school is closing on Thursday as most of us are in ATL or NUT. I wouldn't be paid anyway if school is closed, as I'm only on a day-to-day supply basis, so the supply would just be cancelled for that day.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170
