Greenbee thanks - I'm grouchy smurf and that's just how I feel right now! I've gone back on wheat out of laziness and I don't think that was a great move.

Should do some ironing but I'm not in the mood so I'll delete a few emails and have a cuppa and the other half of the twirl I saved from earlier.

Not a very productive day of Fly-ing...but I've worked hard all week and needed a couple of hours to myself! Going to tackle living room carpet tomorrow...cream carpet, two cats, two toddlers and a husband who won't take his shoes off...enough said! Anyone know what I can use to remove really stubborn stains that carpet shampoo/1001 Troubleshooter won't shift?

Also, I've inherited an antique pine farmhouse style kitchen table. It's pretty grubby and I can't seem to shift the dirt/streaks, which are all in the original wax I think. Anyone know how I can strip it without ruining it?

    Thanks for any tips!

I'd have a look through the shabby chic thread on this board for tips. They seem to know tons about doing up furniture. :)

I'd sand it down to naked wood and rewax it.. it isn't that difficult TBH.

Plasterer contacted regarding the cornice work.. here's hoping!

I am buying the mattresses tomorrow.. I need to get them sorted ... and I need to ram a pile more carp on ebay for them.. I am looking at about £420 an I have about £300..

Dot appears to have hiccups for the 3rd time today... I've not had any movements other than hiccups!

Not much planned flying wise today just mopping the kitchen floor and a pile of ironing. Also need to:

    Plant out leeks
    Edge leek bed
Find Blackberry jam recipe - tomorrow I'll be jamming
    Pick and freeze raspberries
    Sort out Tuesday morning
    reply to some emails
    delete some emails
    deliver street party letters
    phone band
street party notes to sort, type and email

    Have a good day ladies.

    Morning lovelies!

It's 16 degrees already according to the comp so another scorcher today methinks  will look round for some washing as don't want to waste the good weather :D

Will do a bit of tidying in the garden today, it's not gross by any means just needs a bit of a tweak, maybe get the lawnmower out and give it a trim too. Rabbits need cleaning out deffo.

Got this morning to do stuff as DD1 is coming over about dinner time then we're going into town for birthday cards and pressies, teenie's 19 next Friday.....it came round so quick...I thought it was still a couple of weeks away. Birthdays don't half muck up your finances don't they, need to factor them into my savings/budget. :money:

Need to finish my online shopping order but have to do a meal plan up first...*grumble*

    *random thought* my cat stinks!
