pigpen, i would love to be able to have honest words with my sister, but she is soooooo ultra sensitive about things i just couldn't. You must have a great relationship.

She is uber sensitive so things are worded carefully but sometimes you have to say something.. in my case it is usually shut up and mind your own business!

EMBB.... DONGLE!!!!!!! lol... you can't live 10 weeks without the internet... !!:eek::eek:

I am off to the bedshop for 6 mattresses later.. Tiddles has a birthday party so I'll drop her off and trot to the bed shop.. I need them to be less than £70 for firm orthopaedic mattreses otherwise ebeast is cheaper!
I have the warranty renewal to sort for the WM and a payment to pay off redoute.. :D
I have a shopping list for Ikea too.. but the structure of the house comes first.. no good having a pretty mirror if the wall you were going to hang it on falls down!

Well popped to the co-op to get pizza and rainy Saturday food, but they didn't have the dip I wanted, so popped to the new tesco down the road and got some nibbles. pizza and cheesey stuff scoffed, garlic bread not quite done.
House is a tip....DSD may be staying tonight with her BF and neither the spare room or the main bedroom are fit to be seen !!!!

Feeling shattered but things need to be done..........will potter around and see what gets done..........will find a list to help me out.......

Hubby is hard at work knocking the rest of bathroom ceiling down, we reused and recycled so instead of buying more dustsheets I emptied the bedding cupboard.
He's got a few, I filled two binbags with other stuff and I'll drop it off at the RSPCA later as I know they can use it.

The floordrobe is doing my head in so will try and tackle that later.

The glacier of slow moving clutter needs shifting, we need a ton of bags and some help to shift em, well I do, DD1 round later so she'll help.

Off to get some stuff from Boots.

Piggers, all dry so far, ta.

embb oooooooooh honey I am sooooooooooooo chuffed for you - it made me cry! you have put up with so much for so long its wonderful - it will be like a new house -as pigpen says a dongle would be ideal - a pay as you go one - it would be cheap enough if you watched what you did - not too much downloading but for general surfing and emails its ideal. It might be worth asking the council what the arrangements are for telephone lines etc - and speaking to your supplier - they can maybe do you a temp transfer of services? and who pays for the electricity/ gas etc thats used while you are not there - what about your council tax? I bet you are grinning from ear to ear - getting packing!!!! xxxxxxx
    Peace will be mine

if you are buying 6 mattresses I am sure you could get a good deal - but yes the important thing is to get the house sorted first - the rest will wait - hope squeak is getting better

When I went to IKEA, I didn't take one of the yellow bags. Therefore could only buy as much as I could carry. :D

I'm busy looking at memory foam mattresses cos my OH's whinging about mine too, he wont stay at mine and mine's a double so got to squeeze into his single bed round his, I go home after I've had him :D I'm too old to be sleeping in a single bed, so, he's going halfies with me on a memory foam one.

Ooh er - have you slept on a memory foam mattress? They're not for everyone, I can't stand even sitting on my dad's. And I got neckache from a mf pillow. :o

Hahaha, even before I turned 20 I hated sharing a single. Used to make the BF take the floor when he stayed with me at university :p (I had a sleeping bag for him though :A)

Dinner nearly ready and then i plan on making a cake. :D

I've ordered the bunk beds for the boys but they won't be here until end of august, at least it gives me plenty of time to sort the bedrooms. ;)

More washing done here and more stuff put away. Must go peel some spuds...
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
