This one should give you all a laugh!

Purchased some MullerLite yogurts, 6 for £2.50.

Scanned he receipt and didn't see that multisave discount at the bottom so went to the CS desk. CS advisor ticks each yogurt off and there are only 4 listed on the receipt (?!). CS bloke advises that I owe them 96p!!

I laught it off stating I'm not paying for their mistake, but the guy seems serious! I just leave the store.

OK, assuming that you have 6 in your bag and you've only been charged for 4, technically, you would have stolen the other when you left the premises. This is now far worse as you've knowingly committed a criminal offense by leaving the premises because CS pointed it out to you. Frankly, I am surprised you weren't escorted to the security office.

You really can't have this both ways - Sure, Tesco sucks and will take the p*** at every opportunity, but 2 wrongs don't make a right.

    So, I paid 4 x 48p = £1.92
    Should have been 6 x 48p = £2.88, but reduced to £2.50

    So with DTD should have gotten 2 x difference = 2x38p = 76p back, so would actually cost £2.88 - 76p = £2.12

So 20p is the actual difference that I should have paid to Mr T.

No idea why only 2 were scanned by the till assistant, I didn't (a)buse the self serve.

Just thought it funny that when I complain to CS they ask me for money!!

Tried this in Tewkesbury Extra went through at £1.06 but discounted at bottom of receipt so scanning correctly
