Fortunately I'm not like that or I'd be tempted to point out that "bovvered" can be found in a dictionary here, and that correct usage of commas and spaces is meaningless without corresponding attention to capital letters and apostrophes.
As far as I'm concerned, if I can understand what you mean, that's good enough.
Like the abandoned 1950's Ford, nobody's prefectOh look a bunny!0 -
Tesco Extra, Swindon
Are they particularly on the ball in this store - very seldom are there mis-prices.
Good example was the 2 for £16 for Kronnenberg yesterday. High-tailed over there and nothing, just the other std 2 for £16 offer.
Checked the DVD's, but nothing. Checked the Deli cheese and nearly all SELs were HIGHER than the pack price!!
Feeling a bit let down by Mr T here - I only go for mis-prices and end up buying other stuff. I am actually adding to their profits!

Just to add my two 'pennorth to this sad saga.. All you that are jumping on TE's every word with inane comments and jibes are just as bad if not worse than him/her IMO...
Constuctive criticism/comments/debate is fine by the way.. petty jibes and abusive pms? (to any MSE member) - no need!
Chill out a little folks, lets get back on track for gawd's sake..
**edit to correct typo.. dont want the grammar pedants telling me off :-)0 -
Can I just state, for the record, I do admit to being one of the silly 1s, 'feeding the trolls' But as I said last night I had cut the end of my thumb off & was having a little strop. Now that I am in recovery, I aim to keep my posts to a certain standard of maturity. I will also make an effort to keep my posts about mispricing, rather than random thoughts.
Thank you allI'm getting older, and lifes getting harder!:mad:0 -
Nothing wrong with off topic converstation and random wafflings, I do enjoy reading the humour and debates that go on but recently its become very tiresome and petty..
anyway I'll shut up now..

leadhead wrote:Thanks mate....I'll respond to this as it isnt a troll post.... I joined ELP before you did, although have just been lurking.....Ive seen enough evidence on here to see that you have actually taken a lot of the dross with you.
I'm quite happy to do my own thing, theres enough respected posters on here to keep it going, and it also wont stop the PM's I get from your members.
What I dont understand though is why some of you feel the need to come back on to here(not just you) and try to destroy the thread that created you and helped you gain the success(be it RandR or reporting to your bosses) youve had.
I'm certain theres a lot of your members who know I am not referring to them
leadhead dont bother
TE thinks that IT can demoralise the MSE community when they cant get the prices right in their own stores
You have PM leadhead0
