i dont think so unless they were disturbing the peace but i dont know what you have to do to get arrested but as someone who wears his employers name on his sleeve isn't setting a great example
and it's a bad image that he is putting across

i'm sure you must come across angry customers i wouldn't think that you would act in such an unproffessional way
