what happens if there is a fault on a r n r product? I brought a dvd that was sold unsealed,overcharged, got r n r but it is faulty. Can I take it back and if so what happens, say they dont have anther copy in store as I got it from another one on my trip to find an xbox (no luck)

Im thinking the stickers would be the way of changeing the policy board, it would be very expensive to get sign writers in to remove the current white letters and replace them with the new policy. Blue background with white letters printed and just cover the old stuff up. we have to think of company profits and all that dont we

Why haven't all stores done this if it is a change to policy, I had r&r yesterday no mention of policy change. Could be that its on its way and some stores have jumped the gun.

Maybe it is the ones with the managers that do not like giving out r&r .
